Shipping is from Germany.

Packages are with tracking in a cardboard protective bag.

Not included in shipping costs are insurance, customs duty or value added tax.

You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing goods.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped out on Mondays, sometimes Wednesdays as well, but this store is only run by a singular individual (me) and sometimes when it is busy it can take about 1-2 week(s) to get through all of the orders.

All orders are shipped from Germany. It should only take a few days to reach you if you are within the EU. If you are located outside of the EU it could take around 2-6 weeks.

Do you accept international orders?

I never received my package!

Sometimes a shipment gets lost for various reasons. For example people enter their address incorrectly. Be sure to check that your address was correct. Sometimes orders are held at your local post office, sometimes they deliver the package to the wrong door.
